Money-Back Guarantee

Every Mendable device is covered by a money-back guarantee of between 30 and 90 days from the date of delivery. The exact guarantee period for each device is stated on its product page — for most of our range it is our 90-day money-back guarantee.

Use your device as directed for the guarantee period shown on its product page. If you're not satisfied with the results, email us at info@themendable.com within that period, send the product back, and we will refund every cent of the purchase price. No forms, no store credit, no restocking fee, no questions asked.

How to start a return

Email info@themendable.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Accessories and bonus items (guides, trackers, tapes, cables) do not need to be returned.

Replacement Warranty

Some Mendable devices include an extended replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, separate from the refund window. Where offered, the warranty and its length (up to 2 years from delivery) are stated on the product page. If your device fails within its stated warranty period, contact us and we will replace it free of charge.

Products without an extended warranty are still fully covered under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or refund immediately — no return required.

Your legal rights

The benefits under this policy are in addition to your rights under applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
